How do OMIUS SF7 cooling pieces work?
They're graphite surfaces that multiply how much of your skin the moving air can reach. More surface in the wind means more evaporation, and evaporation is where your heat goes.

How do you use the cooling pieces?
Soak them in water and go. They snap onto any OMIUS mount, and swaps take seconds with no tools.

Do OMIUS SF7 cooling pieces fit all headbands, caps and visors?
Yes, the silicone grid is standard across every OMIUS form factor: headbands, caps and visors. One set runs everything we make.

What's the difference between SF5 and SF7?
The number is the multiplier: SF5 puts five times your skin's surface to work, SF7 puts seven.

All Omius products are shipped from the United States and Mexico. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

1. The 30-day trial applies only to direct purchases made on omius.com.
2. The 30-day trial is limited to one use per customer. Omius reserves the right to decline returns from customers who have previously used this policy.
3. To start the process, contact us at hola@omius.io with your order number.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Omius does not reimburse original or return shipping fees.
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.
6. Omius is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking and shipping insurance.

Need to exchange your Omius product for a different size or item? We're here to help.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start the process, email us at hola@omius.io with your order number and the details of the exchange you'd like. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Your Omius hat, visor, and headband include a warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Omius will, at its option:

(a) repair or replace the product with one of the same or current design, 

or (b) issue a refund.

To file a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team at hola@omius.io with your original order number and a description of the defect.

Please note: Omius cooling pieces are not covered by warranty against damage or breakage, as they are fragile by design and may occasionally break through normal use. Replacement cooling pieces are available for purchase on our website.
