Our patented cooling pieces are made of highly thermally conductive graphite with a hydrophilic coating that optimizes water uptake and evaporation, driving a powerful cooling effect on your body.When water or sweat evaporates, it absorbs heat energy. In humans, this happens directly on the skin. OMIUS technology scales this natural process by using porous graphite to dramatically increase the surface area available for evaporation. Because the cooling effect is driven purely by water evaporation, it lasts continuously as long as the pieces remain wet and exposed to airflow.

Engineered as a modular system, OMIUS cooling pieces snap easily into the silicone grid of any OMIUS headband, cap, visor, or neck module.

1. The 30-day trial applies only to direct purchases made on omius.com.
2. The 30-day trial is limited to one use per customer. Omius reserves the right to decline returns from customers who have previously used this policy.
3. To start the process, contact us at hola@omius.io with your order number.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Omius does not reimburse original or return shipping fees.
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.
6. Omius is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking and shipping insurance.

Need to exchange your Omius product for a different size or item? We're here to help.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start the process, email us at hola@omius.io with your order number and the details of the exchange you'd like. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Your Omius hat, visor, and headband include a warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Omius will, at its option:

(a) repair or replace the product with one of the same or current design, 

or (b) issue a refund.

To file a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team at hola@omius.io with your original order number and a description of the defect.

Please note: Omius cooling pieces are not covered by warranty against damage or breakage, as they are fragile by design and may occasionally break through normal use. Replacement cooling pieces are available for purchase on our website.
